Course Overview
Facilitation supports groups of people as they collaborate, create, and make decisions. The CAF course provides training for anyone interested in developing their facilitation mindset and skills while learning from experienced agile practitioners. Going beyond technique alone, this course explores what it truly means to think and act like a facilitator. It also serves as a foundational step for those pursuing the Certified Agile Coach® designation, as facilitation is one of the essential tools in a coach's toolkit.
