At Braintrust we love it when the community takes one of our ideas, applies it, adapts it, or improves it. Recently we were contacted by Jerry Rajamoney, Principal Program Manager and Agile Coach at EMC. Jerry had come across our ScrumMaster Maturity Model (SM^3) and applied it at work. He was able to adapt the model in order to help coach his ScrumMasters.
While Jerry was utilizing our model, he was also corresponding with company President Brian M. Rabon, CST, PMP. Their correspondence was centered around the results Jerry was seeing as well as recommendations on how to coach his ScrumMasters to higher levels of mastery.
Jerry did a great job of taking our ScrumMaster Maturity Model (SM^3), finding a practical application, and evolving the learning for the entire community. Don’t just take our word for it though, Jerry recently shared his findings with the Scrum Alliance who published a detailed article on his findings. Check out Jerry’s article by going here…
Only one questions remains in our mind… What will you do with the ScrumMaster Maturity Model (SM^3). Download it here and then let us know what you discover!
