This class is one-day introduction into the world of Scrum. It is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning more about the benefits of Scrum, or a Team wanting a Scrum reset. Scrum Essentials introduces you to the values and principles from the Agile Manifesto, as well as the framework defined by the Scrum Guide. It explores the roles (Accountabilities) and meetings (events) in Scrum, so that everyone understands who does what, and when. This class is full of practical, real-world techniques that can be implemented immediately at your workplace.
