This class is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning more about the benefits of Scrum or User Stories, or a Team wanting a Scrum reset. Scrum Essentials introduces you to the values and principles from the Agile Manifesto, as well as the framework defined by the Scrum Guide. It explores the roles (accountabilites) and meetings (events) in Scrum, so that everyone understands who does what, and when.  It looks at the five levels of planning in Scrum, with hands-on exercises allowing practice creating Personas, writing User Stories, and relatively sizing Backlog items.
