Agile Facilitation (Mastering the Art of Meetings) is an 8-hour class for anyone called upon to facilitate meetings or working sessions. The class focuses on what it takes to be an excellent facilitator along with tools and tips for running effective meetings. We also touch on facilitating the Scrum Events and other common Agile activities. This is a very hands-on class and features many exercises that solidify key course concepts.
