In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we're inviting you to gather with us for a Lean Coffee!
If you're unfamiliar with the term, Lean Coffee is a structured but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
In our previous Agile Discussion, participants suggested talking about the following topics, but you're welcome to bring your own ideas and questions to the virtual table!
1 – Cross-time zones: challenges, solutions you’ve introduced (things you’ve tried, things that have worked or haven’t worked)
2 – The value of Scrum events: diving into how to get a deeper foundational understanding behind the Scrum events
3 – Conveying Agile to Leadership: how do you convey what Agile means to Leadership and how Leaders need to adapt (What’s in it for me as a Leader?)
