Defining and building a culture is hard. So hard that most people don’t even know where to start. However, organizations that focus on developing authentic, value-driven, cultures maximize the full impact of Agile. Culture is the difference between doing Agile and BEING Agile.
In this intensive, two-day workshop we will show you how to build a truly Agile culture based on a set of shared beliefs that create a common bond between leadership and team members. Over the two days, we’ll teach you how to assess your current culture and set a baseline. We’ll demonstrate practical tools and techniques to build an Agile culture that works to empower. And we’ll study real life examples of what’s worked and what hasn’t as we’ve built our own company culture and that of our clients. The Building An Agile Culture 2-day workshop fulfills the Advanced Education component of CAL II
The goal of the CAL Credential II is to guide leaders in deepening, applying, and sharing their Agile leadership learning. It is a deep dive into the concepts of the CAL I, including practical role-playing experiences and advanced personal growth skills. Brian M. Rabon, CST, PMP
Brian M. Rabon, CST, PMP is the President of The Braintrust Consulting Group, a worldwide leader in Agile transformations. Throughout his 16 years of IT industry experience, Brian has applied Agile methods in order to successfully deliver working product to his customers. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
When not in the classroom, Brian can be found around the globe evangelizing the benefits of Agile to the likes of Agile 20XX, the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) many chapters, and the Scrum Alliance’s Scrum Gatherings.
