Instructor

Judy Neher, CST, CSP

Judy Neher is an Certified Scrum Trainer and agile coach, passionately transforming commercial and government software teams from traditional development practices to agile practices for the last 12 years.  Judy has over 29 years of experience with the Federal Government as a mathematician, computer scientist, and traditional software manager; ultimately, as an Scrum and agile coach, trainer and leader.  She has worked with over 50 development teams, both small and extremely large and likes to think she’s seen it all, but learns something with every experience.

As a trainer, Judy has taught hundreds of classes to government and commercial customers, including Agile Overviews, Team Bootcamps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and User Story and Estimation Workshops, and her passion:  Agile Security.  The passion she has for the topics she shares draws rave reviews from her students and keep her in constant demand in the government community.

"This is an engaging course that will draw in anyone with pretty much any level of Scrum knowledge, and will take them through a Scrum experience where they will add to their store of knowledge & actually be able to execute Agile, Scrum & produce positive results. Well prepared, thoroughly researched, designed for a solid result. Will change anyone going through it."

Jack, Level 3 Communications

"The CSM class is essential to teach key concepts, practices and methodologies for utilizing/implementing Scum methodologies in my job function. As a PM, it helps me think about how to adapt project execution in a manner that best serves the team and customer."

Vijay, Tractor Supply

"Learned that my view of "agile" was pretty much wrong and that it is a very well thought out process. I learned that using Scrum, I can greatly increase productivity while providing necessary documentation."

Peter, Scientific Research Corporation

"This is a really great hands-on way to learn the Scrum process. The simulations are realistic and the little techniques taught through the exercises will be valuable in the real world implementation (35, planning poker, etc.)."

Kyle, Rally Software

"Honestly, this was the best organized and well planned training class I have ever attended. The teaching techniques and styles varied, therefore, kept my interest and attention. Awesome job! Very creative!"

Chris, ICC
