Agile Leading Through the COVID Crisis and Crises Yet to Come
In partnership with The Center For Agile Leadership, Braintrust is proud to offer this small group workshop (or personal leadership coaching) for anyone who is leading through Covid.
This small group workshop is a fixed ticket price for up to 20 people. Registration reserves your group workshop and you can then invite up to 19 more team members, peers, colleagues, or friends… OR opt for four hours of one-on-one personal coaching for yourself! That’s right- one price for the workshop allows up to 20 attendees from your organization.
By closely examining how to use organizational Agility as a life-raft, along with defining (and/or refining) your organization’s core values, mission, vision and purpose, you will leave this workshop with a concrete means to more confidently lead through the turbulent waters of this pandemic… and beyond.
Rikki Schwartz | President The Center For Agile Leadership
Rikki Schwartz is a seasoned Business Manager with a demonstrated track record of building teams that have profitably managed over $400 million in services since 2001, while staying laser-focused on process improvement, growth, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Rikki joined The Center For Agile Leadership® in 2018 after spending 16 years in management at Waste Management.
Rikki originally became familiar with The Center For Agile Leadership® in April 2016, when she attended the Certified Agile Leader – Level I course. That training resonated deeply with her existing leadership philosophies — as if she’d been walking in a leadership-philosophy desert for her entire career, and suddenly found water.
Today, she is honored and excited to apply those same Agile teachings to help grow the organization that originally inspired her to be a better leader, a better mentor and a better professional. Nothing is more rewarding to her than doing the same for emerging leaders out there, who are themselves “looking for water”.
"The last two days I attended the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Credential 1 course taught by Anu Smalley, CST from The Braintrust Consulting Group. It was a great training with several other seasoned Agile Leaders who are creating change in their teams and organizations. I was reminded that real change takes executive sponsorship, careful consideration, and willing team members. Companies who are committed to putting in the time and allowing the right people to get in the right seats can transform the way an organization delivers. I'm looking forward to using these Agile principles as I build a team who will thrive on a culture of process and system improvement."Chris H., Global IT Solutions
"This class does a great job of explaining and showcasing the strengths of agile development without making the rules rigid and inflexible. I feel that I have a solid groundwork for trying agile and seeing what works best for my team."Derek, Onramp Access
"By tying together Agile principles and engineering best practices, this course provides a springboard from which to improve one's technical output and team dynamic."Ted, Red Hat Inc.
I arrived with a good understanding of Scrum and still found the course tremendously valuable. They did a great job of providing a great value for all skill levels.Karl, Guthy-Renker
"An invaluable resource for learning, improving or cementing an understanding of Scrum."Matt, Naxos of America
