Here are some of Braintrust’s resolutions going into 2021.
Express praise and gratitude to our team for their accomplishments in 2020. It was an incredibly tough year, and everyone did their best.
Ask the team what the three biggest lessons they learned in 2020 were, and how they plan to apply those lessons in 2021.
Closely inspect our organization’s mission and core values, then adapt as necessary.
Find out if toxic emotions got in the way of team productivity.
Continue to inspect and adapt with whatever this year brings us.
Sit down once a month to conduct retrospectives, then apply what we’ve learned to the coming month.
Celebrate every win.
