Core values represent the organizations highest priorities, deeply held beliefs, and fundamental driving forces. They are the heart of what your organization and its employees stand for in the world. Additionally, values play an integral role in the overall motivation and morale of employees. When held front and center by employees, core values should be seen in action by clients, customers, and vendors.
In an ever-changing world, core values remain constant. The values underlie our work, how to interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission. The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work. They are the practices we use (or should be using) every day in everything we do.
